In addressing the ongoing tensions in the West Philippine Sea/South China Sea, Ambassador Ignacio reiterated the Philippines’ steadfast commitment to upholding its legal rights and entitlements in the region, firmly stating, “The Philippines stands on firm legal ground regarding its entitlements and rights within the West Philippine Sea.”
